14 April 2009: On Tuesday, 14 April 2009, the Kigali Institute of Education hosted a lecture by Co-Editor Dr. Phil Clark on post-genocide justice and reconciliation and a discussion of After Genocide: Transitional Justice, Post-Conflict Reconstruction and Reconciliation in Rwanda and Beyond. 180 staff and students attended the event.
